Can businesses remove negative reviews?
No. A business can report a review when it may violate our guidelines. YouReview assesses the content independently. A critical opinion is not a reason for removal.
What does “verified experience” mean?
The review was submitted through a unique invitation linked to a customer or transaction reference. Personal purchase details are not made public.
Can businesses invite only satisfied customers?
No. Our terms require invitations to be sent neutrally, without selecting customers based on expected satisfaction.
Can YouReview guarantee stars in Google?
No. Independent profile pages can be technically prepared with valid structured data, but Google decides when stars or other rich results appear. No review platform can guarantee this.
Does a business have to pay to receive reviews?
No. A public profile, responses and organic reviews remain free. Paid plans add invitation tools, widgets, automation, analytics and integrations—not control over publication.
